My name is Kristine Rumpel, I am proudly announcing my joining of the Caroline Gau Real Estate Team at Real Broker, I bring both lifelong exposure to real estate and a strong work ethic shaped by my upbringing. Raised in Chicago by Romanian immigrant parents, I am the middle of five siblings and learned early on the value of responsibility, communication, and perseverance. Real estate has always been part of my life. I grew up watching my father work as a contractor/builder and my mother build her career as a real estate broker, which gave me a deep appreciation for both the construction side of homes and the relationship-driven nature of buying and selling. Being surrounded by the industry from a young age has given me a natural understanding of the market, strong negotiation awareness, and insight into what makes a house truly feel like home. I’m passionate about helping clients navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives with confidence, clarity, and care. On a more personal level I enjoy playing instruments, my favorite being the saxophone which I’ve been playing for three years. I love working out at Lifetime fitness, and most absolutely I enjoy meeting new people. I try to spend my weekends with family, and if I can spending time in Lake Geneva Wisconsin.
